Form Creation

It would be helpful if we could specify which fields are required on the forms and also group them into subtopics.

Another request is the ability to import PDFs, whether editable or not. This feature would allow us to send, receive, and store all patient documents and forms in a single location. At the very least, this would centralize that management, making our work easier.
